Business Performance Management

Business Performance Management is a cross-organizational discipline and it’s about an organization’s ability to build processes and applications that will facilitate the creation of goals and strategies. It allows an organization to then link their strategies to plans and execution; and to monitor, manage and analyze their business performance and drive enterprise-wide performance improvements.

With the support of integrated technology architecture as the execution platform, BPM allows for monitoring of key performance indicators to provide timely and accurate feedback as to whether strategies as set by the Executive Management was successfully in achieving its objectives and goals. Through constant monitoring, an organization would be able to continuously align its workforce activities and associated resources with its organizational processes, to drive the desired outcome. In short, BPM helps to bridge the gap between business strategies and their execution processes in the course of managing the business.
